Your family’s privacy matters.

Information you share with us

We only collect information you choose to give us, when you:

• Send a message through our contact form: your name and email, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, the location you’re interested in, your child’s birth month and year, what your message is about, and your message.
• Book a tour: tour times are booked through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there.
• Apply to PKA: applications and enrollment forms are submitted and processed securely through Brightwheel, our school management platform.

How we use it

We use the information you share only to:

• answer your questions and follow up about tours, enrollment and availability;
• schedule and prepare for your visit;
• review applications and manage enrollment for families who join PKA.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children’s information

This website is meant for parents and guardians. We don’t knowingly collect information directly from children. Any details about a child, such as a name or date of birth, are provided by a parent or guardian so we can help with tours and enrollment.

Services we use

Some features are provided by trusted services, which handle information under their own privacy policies: Calendly (tour booking), Brightwheel (applications and enrollment) and our website hosting provider. Links to Google Maps, Google reviews and Instagram take you to those sites, which have their own privacy practices.

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The tour booking calendar from Calendly may set cookies needed for it to work.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and tour information only as long as we need it to respond to you and manage admissions. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve shared with us. Just contact us or call either school and we’ll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
